Key Finder, MWAY Wireless RF Item Locator Key Tracker Anti-lost Alarm Keychain

Tried to use these on: TV remote control, hard eyeglass case, sunglass case, car keys, & purse: Had to use double stick mounting tape to afix it to the back of a tv remote control. Difficult to find a spot to stick it on. Made the remote unstable when laid down. Had to turn it upside down for the plastic sender to be heard. Very difficult to attach to glasses case because they are not flat sided. Easy to attach to car keys. Easy to attach to purse, but my wife did not want it hanging on the outside of her purse. She said it was ugly. Base station and base are a good idea. The base station sent signals that reached pretty much to all the rooms in our house ( single level, 2200 sq ft). Receiver on tv remote could be heard if in the same room. Could not get a receiver to stick to either of the eye glass cases. Kept getting knocked off during normal handling. Could not hear the receiversfor the purse unless it was outside of the purse. It was not so that made it useless to find the purse. If keys were laying exposed such as on a table top or on the floor , the receiver could be heard if the listener is in the same room. The base transmitter worked. The receiving plastic rectangles worked, but their signal was not very loud and only effective if the receiver was laying exposed with no obstructions. Over all the only some what successful use was with the tv remote control. Does work but the receiver sound was not loud enough to be useful in most circumstances. unless it was totally exposed with no obstructions. Not a bad idea. Needs improvement.

Bought this little set so that I could attach the tags to all of our remotes. The little ones like to hide them and I DON'T like to have to find them. Each remote got a color-coded tag double-sided taped to the back of it and now from my kitchen, I can find any remote that I get told is "lost"!
